SUMMARY: - Lead, coach, and manage the Payroll Team (6+ direct reports) handling all aspects of payroll for the company’s employees in North America and Latin America- Reports to the Director of PayrollREQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of payroll experience - 2+ years of experience managing direct reports- Payroll experience supporting employees in the US and Canada- Proactive mindset- Excellent Project Management and Continuous Improvement skills- Advanced user skills in Excel
