Job Title : Verint Workforce Management (WFM)
Location : USA Anywhere (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a strong hands-on Verint Workforce Management (WFM) Engineer with proven implementation experience in Amazon Connect environments. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Verint configuration, integration engineering, and cloud-based contact center solutions, with the ability to design and deploy enterprise-grade workforce optimization solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Verint Workforce Management (WFM)
- Experience integrating Verint with Amazon Connect
- Hands-on Verint configuration, deployment, and administration
- Experience with Amazon Connect connectors and integration architecture
- Strong understanding of PaaS solution design and implementation
- Experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.
- Experience working on enterprise Contact Center and CCaaS implementations
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support deployments
- Strong engineering and implementation background
Preferred Skills
- AWS Cloud experience
- Knowledge of Contact Center Operations and Workforce Optimization
- Experience with enterprise security and identity management solutions
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred
