We’re seeking Bilingual (or English Speaking) Customer Service Advisors,to play a key role in supportingLEGO fans.

From building tips and missing bricks to order support and troubleshooting, no two days are the same, and every interaction is a chance to create a positive experience.

You’llbe part of a global community of 700+ awesome CSE colleagues, working together to grow the CSE footprint, shapeastrong people-first culture, and help consumers around the world enjoyamazingLEGOplayexperiences.

  • Bilingual: We are looking for French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and German speakers (fluent, written and spoken).

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting consumersprimarily in English (or if bilingual, in the languages listed above)

  • Building strongrelationships with LEGO fans.

  • Solving brick-based problems using a range of digital tools and systems.

  • For Team Leaders: coaching, supporting, and developing colleagues to help the team succeed and grow together.
