INTRODUCTION

As part of ABC's Revenue Operations team, the Inbound SDR plays a critical role in converting inbound interest into qualified pipeline for our Sales team. Reporting to the SDR Manager, this role responds to high-intent leads with speed, rigor, and quality. The ideal candidate will bring curiosity, discipline, and coachability-working closely with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Account Executives to drive consistent outcomes from inbound channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Respond to inbound leads within defined SLAs; ensure no qualified lead goes unworked.

  • Qualify prospects based on fit, use case, urgency, and intent to purchase.

  • Convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities (SQLs and SALs) with clean handoffs to AEs.

  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene with detailed notes and accurate dispositioning.

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to continuously improve MQL quality and conversion.

  • Meet or exceed monthly performance standards across SQL volume, conversion, and influence on closed-won revenue.

  • Ensure a rapid speed-to-lead (first contact within 15 minutes) and high dial activity (~125/day).

  • Build trust with AEs by delivering high-quality opportunities and context.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role (tech/SaaS preferred).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage high volume with precision and quality.

  • Demonstrated coachability and growth mindset.

  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms.

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales.

AND IT'S GREAT TO HAVE

  • Prior experience qualifying inbound leads or working in B2B SaaS.

  • Familiarity with pipeline metrics (SQL, SAL, MQL) and conversion funnels.

  • Exposure to marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

  • Curiosity about sales strategy and buying behavior.

  • Experience in a remote or hybrid environment.

  • Passion for Health & Fitness

  • Understanding of buyer journey and qualification frameworks (e.g., SPIN,BANT, MEDDPICC).
