Journeyman Electrician

Advance Onboarding Solutions is currently hiring a Journeyman Electrician to join our professional team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes. The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. You will play a key role in the successful completion of various electrical projects, contributing to the high standards of service Advance Onboarding Solutions is known for.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to project specifications and code requirements.
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions accurately.
• Conduct inspections and testing to identify electrical issues and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and other trades to coordinate workflow and schedules.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe and efficient working order.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Document work performed and report any concerns to supervisors.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license or certification as required locally.
• Proven experience working as a Journeyman Electrician or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Competence in using electrical tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in varied environments.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
