Journeyman Electrician- Installing Technician

Location: Moscow, ID (Serving Idaho & Washington- Must Hold ID & WA Licenses)

This role is focused on execution. Our Installing Journeyman Electrician works alongside consulting technicians or independently to complete installations efficiently and accurately. This position is ideal for a highly detail-oriented electrician who prefers craftsmanship and precision over pricing discussions. You focus on the work. We focus on keeping you busy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial installations
• Execute work sold by consulting technicians
• Maintain quality standards and safety compliance
• Troubleshoot and solve on-site electrical issues
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Maintain professional job site appearance

Qualifications

• Active Idaho Journeyman License
• Active Washington Electrical License (01 preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to run a crew
• Must pass a background check upon a conditional job offer (role involves working inside customers' homes)
• Dependable, reliable, punctual
• Strong installation background
• Detail-oriented mindset

Pay & Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Hourly Base Pay: $32 to $40 per hour (based on experience)
• Estimated Annual Base Pay: $64,000-$80,000 (base only)
• Additional Earnings: Commission is available in addition to base pay, tied to performance and profitability
• Weekly training is provided
