Job Description

Essel is seeking dedicated and experienced Journeyman HVAC Installers to join our skilled team. In this position, you will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, exceptional technical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems according to blueprint designs and manufacturer specifications.
Duct and sheet metal installation; refrigeration, copper, pipefitting, brazing.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC units to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to complete installations within agreed timelines.
Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system malfunctions and issues.
Adhere to all safety protocols and local building codes while on the job.
Communicate effectively with clients to assess their HVAC needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid HVAC Journeyman license or equivalent experience.
10-20 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and service work.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation components.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose HVAC problems accurately.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and safety standards.
