We’re looking for a Journeyman HVAC Installer who can help lead installations and keep projects moving while being part of a positive, hardworking, and genuinely fun team environment.This role focuses primarily on residential installations with some light commercial work.Why People Like Working Here

- Lead high-quality HVAC system installations
- Install furnaces, condensers, split systems, air handlers, ductwork, thermostats, IAQ products, and smart home devices
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure systems perform properly
- Work with contractors and team members to complete projects on time
- Maintain records of work performed and parts used
- May mentor and guide apprentices or junior technicians
- Educate customers on system operation and maintenance
- Follow all safety and industry compliance standards
- 4+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
- Ability to install residential HVAC systems from start to finish
- Ability to read basic installation layouts or blueprints
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and team mindset
- HVAC Journeyman certification or license
- Experience installing ductwork and IAQ products
- Experience with smart thermostats or home automation systems
- Experience mentoring apprentices
- EPA certification
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.; work in tight or awkward spaces; ability to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods; work in environments with varying temperatures depending on the season.
