NOVACES is seeking a Journeyman Management Analyst for a U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center Business Operations Division support opportunity in Baltimore, MD.

The Journeyman Management Analyst will support SFLC staff in the execution of business integration, continuous improvement, documentation, project coordination, and data collection activities. This role will help maintain project plans and schedules for asset integration into Coast Guard logistics data systems and support the development of training materials, technical documents, process guides, desk guides, meeting materials, reports, and other business performance documentation.

The successful candidate will coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas and minutes, track action items, follow up with stakeholders, collect and organize data, assist with business process improvement efforts, and provide customer support for fillable forms and basic technical writing tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to support multiple workstreams in a federal logistics/business operations environment.

Work may include supporting business integration activities, documenting current processes, updating procedural materials, helping prepare reports and presentations, tracking project actions to completion, and assisting senior analysts and project leadership with continuous improvement efforts.

This is a proposal-contingent position supporting anticipated work at USCG SFLC-BOD, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD. Work may be performed through a mix of onsite and remote support from a CONUS location, subject to Government direction and approval.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, public administration, communications, technical writing, logistics, information systems, data analytics, operations, or a related field.

Experience:4+ years of experience in management analysis, business operations support, project coordination, technical writing, process documentation, meeting support, data collection, action-item tracking, or continuous improvement support. Federal, DHS, DoD, Coast Guard, logistics, readiness, business performance, or project support experience preferred.

Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt, CAPM, Agile/Scrum, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI, or related business/process improvement certifications helpful. Must be able to obtain a Tier 1 security clearance.
