Journeyman Technician (Fleet & Mobile) – All-Pro Fleet Services | Southern Oregon

What You'll Be Working On
- Medium-duty trucks (box trucks, fleet vehicles)
- Diesel & gas engines
- Light-duty (primarily USA brands)
- Equipment & specialty units
- A mix of in-shop AND mobile work (about 50/50)
- No two days are the same-and that's exactly how our techs like it.
The Role
This is not an entry-level position.
You'll be trusted to:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
- Work independently in the field AND in the shop
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
- Keep jobs moving efficiently without constant supervision

Pay & Benefits
- Up to $34/hour (DOE)

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience (journeyman level)
- Strong diagnostic ability (diesel + gas)
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Good communication and teamwork
- Clean driving record (for mobile work)
- Fleet or diesel experience is a big plus- but if you're sharp, we'll train where needed.
