Title: Journeyman Plasterer

Location: Eugene, OR

Job Type: Full-time

Position Overview

Kaminski Construction/Eugene Plastering is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plasterer to support residential and commercial renovation projects. This position focuses on delivering durable, code-compliant finishes across a variety of plastering and related construction tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Apply stucco, plaster, and masonry finishes on renovation and repair projects
Perform drywall finishing and assist with tile installation (wet and dry applications)
Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
Collaborate with team members and other trades on active job sites
Maintain quality standards while meeting project timelines
Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized

Minimum Qualifications

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in plastering, stucco, or masonry
Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction documents
Proven ability to produce high-quality finish work
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

Exposure to multiple trades within residential construction
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and teamwork skills
