We're currently seeking a dependable Journeyman HVAC Service Technician to join our service team.What We Offer$2,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced technicians

Competitive pay: Up to $45 per hour + commissions on parts, equipment, and services

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM On-Call Rotation: 1 weekday evening (until 8:00 PM) + 1 weekend per month (with additional compensation)What You'll DoDiagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Deliver outstanding customer service on every call

Represent the Denillo brand professionally and build lasting customer relationships

Provide high-quality workmanship that aligns with our reputation as "The Only Guy To Call®"What You Bring3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsEPA Certification (preferred)Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Professional attitude and strong work ethic
