Job Description

3form is hiring a junior to mid-level full stack web developer to help build and improve our website and ecommerce platform. This role includes both frontend and backend work, with a stronger emphasis on building polished user experiences in JavaScript and supporting them in Ruby on Rails.

You’ll work on a mix of customer-facing and internal tools, including our website, storefront, checkout, account, and admin functionality.

Responsibilities

Build and improve frontend features in JavaScript
Create clean, responsive user interfaces
Contribute to backend development in Ruby on Rails
Deliver reliable, well-tested features across the stack
Debug issues and improve application stability
Collaborate with a small team on product improvements

Qualifications

1 to 4 years of professional software development experience
Strong JavaScript skills and experience building web features
Working knowledge of Ruby on Rails
Comfortable contributing to both frontend and backend code
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and good judgment

Nice to Have

Experience with React
Experience with Ruby on Rails in production
Familiarity with ecommerce applications
Experience with APIs, relational databases, background jobs, or Docker
Experience with Spree or Avo

Work EnvironmentThis is a hybrid role based in West Valley City, UT. Team members work in the office four days per week and remotely one day per week.
