Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our marketing team in developing high-quality visual assets across eCommerce, retail, and brand channels. This role plays an essential part in executing cohesive, on-brand creative that supports product launches, retail initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects effectively, and brings strong visual storytelling skills to every deliverable.
What You’ll Do:- Design and update digital assets for eCommerce platforms, retail marketing, packaging, point-of-purchase displays, social media, and brand campaigns
- Support email marketing campaigns, online promotions, and seasonal initiatives
- Assist with photo coordination, image editing, and content updates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and product teams
- Adapt and optimize creative for various digital and retail channels
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries with proper version control
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience creating assets for eCommerce, retail, social media, and packaging
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of brand standards and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems
- Experience with KeyShot is a plus
