About The Job: We are seeking a Rock Star Jr. Paralegal to join our team. Prior experience with requesting and organizing medical records is ideal. Pollart Miller LLC is an established law firm with offices in Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. Our practice areas include Administrative and Licensing Law, Appellate Law, Civil Litigation, General Insurance Law, Labor and Employment Law, Subrogation and Recovery and Workers’ Compensation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting the Paralegal and Associates in all aspects of the case. Requesting and tracking medical and other records. Preparing correspondence, basic pleadings. Calendaring and docketing deadlines. About You: Well-organized and able to multi-task. Excellent writing and communication skills.
