Job Description: Jr. Salesforce Engineer

This role is for a Salesforce Engineer with 5+ years of experience, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The engineer will work across application development, integrations, and platform capabilities, while also leveraging AI capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, generative AI, and Copilot tools) to enhance development productivity and solution design.

Core Expectations:

Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning, and platform capabilitiesBuild reusable components and enforce consistent design patterns and coding standardsImplement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middlewareApply core platform principles including data modeling, security, sharing model, and OOP conceptsLeverage low-code capabilities (flows, validation rules, etc.) alongside custom development where appropriateUtilize AI tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Copilot) to accelerate development, analysis, and solutioningDrive code quality through refactoring, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practicesIndependently own implementation decisions and deliver with minimal supervisionCollaborate in Agile teams, participate in scrum ceremonies, and contribute to technical discussionsUtilize CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins) for efficient development and deployment processes
