The Junior Sales Trainer supports the Sales Enablement team by facilitating training sessions, contributing to content development, and managing essential administrative and communication functions. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about training delivery and equally skilled in organization, documentation, and operational support. The Junior Trainer ensures the seamless execution of training programs by maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing content across SharePoint and the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring consistent communication across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-facilitate training sessions (live and virtual) for internal sales teams.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining training content, resources, and materials.
  • Update SOPs, processes, and documentation as business needs evolve.
  • Manage communication channels and knowledge repositories for internal sales teams.
  • Support onboarding new hires by coordinating resources and logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Enablement team, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve training and resources.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in education, Business, Communications, Training or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in training, sales enablement, or learning and development.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience delivering training in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with facilitating smaller groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and web conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with e-learning content creation tools (e.g., Synthesia, Adobe Captivate, Canva,).
  • Experience with consultative sales or sales mentorship.
  • Knowledge of academic markets, curriculum alignment, or instructional design principles.
  • Experience with updating SOPs, process documentation, or knowledge bases.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
