Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Account Executive located in Camden, Delaware. Under the general supervision of the Delaware supervisor, the Junior Account Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive support to clients and ensuring their service needs are met.

Key responsibilities include processing state filings and retrieving documents, invoicing and resolving orders, assisting Account Executives with client inquiries, concerns, and requests, and accurately entering data into the database.

Qualifications

Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent
Computer literate with the ability to learn specialized software applications. Familiarity with Microsoft Office highly desirable
Ability to process high volumes of paperwork efficiently and effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to type 45 WPM efficiently
