You’ll begin by learning the fundamentals of our partner’s sales process before transitioning into a client management role.

Junior Account Manager Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business clients to initiate the sales cycle.
- Deliver professional in-person presentations outlining the benefits of AT&T business services.
- Successfully negotiate terms and close sales with business decision-makers.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales pipeline progress.
- Assist in developing territory strategies to maximize market penetration.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Eventually assist in the training and development of new sales associates.
- Adhere to all industry regulations and company policies regarding B2B sales.
Junior Account Manager Candidate Profile:
- A strong desire to lead teams and take ownership of projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for a corporate environment.
- A clear drive to advance from entry-level to management positions.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to analyze client needs and offer strategic solutions.
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred but not required.
- A degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
