Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Compile, analyze, and monitor recurring reports, present reporting to management.
- Process customer billing, including generating and issuing invoices.
- Prepare payroll reports and ensure accurate timecard data is imported into the HRIS and verifying accuracy.
- Provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Previous accounting, administrative, or payroll experience strongly preferred
- You are experienced with Microsoft Office, specifically working with Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Self-starter and able to follow through on assignments.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
