As a Jr Associate in our employment law firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of attorneys in their daily tasks and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various employment law issues

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

- Attend client meetings and take detailed notes

- Maintain organized and accurate case files and documents

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or legal setting, preferably in employment law

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
