We are hiring a Junior Business Analyst

Hybrid working model - Novi Sad or Belgrade Office

Job Description:

Be part of a skilled team supporting a Top Tier bank. You will work under the guidance of a SCD expert, learning through bespoke trainings and mentorship while contributing to maintenance, support, and testing of the SimCorp Dimension platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting current vs. target process notes and maintain configuration logs

• Prepare and execute test cases; upload evidence to Octane

• Reproduce issues, collect logs/screenshots, and analyze incidents under supervision

• Maintain runbooks, FAQs, and training documentation

• Support user help and incident management

Your Profile:

• Foundational knowledge in accounting

• Introductory understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, FX, money markets)

• Exposure to SimCorp Dimension navigation is a plus

• Experience: 0-2 years
