Job DetailsWe are seeking a Junior Estimator to support preconstruction cost planning, bid preparation, and pricing analysis for commercial and civil construction projects.Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid packages across multiple trades
• Review drawings and specifications to support accurate budgeting and scope development
• Gather and organize subcontractor and supplier pricing for estimate comparisons
• Support senior estimators with bid leveling, document control, and proposal assembly
• Help identify scope gaps, pricing risks, and value engineering opportunities
• Maintain organized estimate files and assist with managing multiple bid timelines

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction estimating experience or internship exposure in commercial construction
• Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and project documentation
• Familiarity with estimating software, digital takeoff tools, and blueprint reading
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a deadline driven environment
