Location: Greenville, AL (In-Office 1st yr, then Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:
Blueprint Translation: Review architectural drawings and finish schedules to meticulously identify every scope of work for our internal self-perform crews.
Data Integration: Take precise take-off quantities and input them into our proprietary Google Sheets pricing engines, ensuring every linear foot is accounted for.
Operational Math: Apply labor production rates based on specific site conditions and project complexity to ensure our bids are as realistic as they are competitive.
Systems Management: Utilize ClickUp to manage the bid pipeline and ensure all critical documents, addendums, and quotes are properly filed within our Google Drive ecosystem.
Scope Development: Draft the "Narrative" of our proposals. You must be able to clearly articulate what we are providing and—crucially—what is excluded to protect our project margins.
Material & Vendor Coordination: Proactively reach out to suppliers to secure real-time pricing on studs, gypsum board, and specialty coatings to keep our data models current.
Job Qualifications:
Proficiency in Construction Documents: The ability to read and interpret complex commercial architectural blueprints and specifications is mandatory.
Technical Aptitude: High proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive) and experience with Digital Take-off software is required.
Mathematical Precision: Strong accurate measuring and construction math skills are essential for protecting project profitability.
Operational Interest: A desire to learn the "how" behind the "how much"—understanding labor rates and site logistics.
Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills for drafting clear, professional bid proposals and exclusions.
Organization: Exceptional ability to manage multiple bid deadlines simultaneously using PM software like ClickUp.
Professional Demeanor: Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal project managers.
