Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing Execution
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns, pop-ups, and brand activations.
- Support grand opening events, limited-time offers (LTOs), and seasonal promotions with on-site coordination.
- Distribute branded materials and promotional assets to stores and community partners.
- Capture and report field insights, customer feedback, and campaign performance metrics.
Community Engagement
- Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and influencers to drive grassroots awareness.
- Coordinate sampling events, street team activities, and collegiate ambassador programs.
- Represent the brand at local events, festivals, and community gatherings.
Brand Support & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager and store teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the social media and design teams to localize content and visuals.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and ensure timely replenishment.
Reporting & Optimization
- Track campaign KPIs and provide weekly reports on field activities and ROI.
- Suggest improvements based on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
