Job Description
The ideal candidate will have foundational ServiceNow knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft Intune, and a proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative. This role will work closely with leadership and operations teams, including direct collaboration with Giancarlo, in a highly hands-on and fast-moving environment.
This job will have the following responsibilities:Support and maintain basic ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) functionality and processes
Manage and maintain workstations, devices, and related IT logistics
Utilize Microsoft Intune for endpoint/device management and support
Assist with facilities support, operational coordination, and logistics activities
Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues and coordinate resolutions
Maintain accurate documentation and system updates
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Provide on-site operational and technical support across internal teams as neededQualifications & Requirements:Foundational experience or exposure to ServiceNow, preferably FSM
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune
Strong organizational and communication skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and execute quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
