Job Description
We are working with a boutique Atlanta firm with a strong presence in the market to find a Junior Litigation Paralegal to support high-stakes, complex litigation matters. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings expertise from case inception through trial and appeal.
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of litigation: discovery, document review, trial prep, and appellate support.
Draft and proofread pleadings, subpoenas, discovery, and correspondence.
Prepare deposition summaries, trial binders, exhibits, and witness files.
Conduct research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and other tools.
Maintain case files, deadlines, and calendars with precision.
Liaise with clients, experts, and vendors professionally.
Qualifications:
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
Strong federal court and complex civil litigation experience.
Proficient with litigation support tools and e-discovery platforms.
Excellent writing, organizational, and client-service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
