What You'll Be Doing

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications.*
• Assist with creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and manufacturing documentation.*
• Help develop methods of operation and job setup packages to support production.*
• Coordinate machine selection, outside processing requirements, and manufacturing workflows.*
• Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure jobs are properly prepared and released to the shop floor.*
• Support process improvement initiatives and updates to manufacturing documentation.*
• Assist with scheduling priorities, technical documentation, and engineering administrative support as needed.

Ideal Background

• Experience or education in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, CNC machining, or a related technical field.
• Recent graduates are welcome, but prior manufacturing or machine shop exposure is highly valued.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.*
• Familiarity with GD&T, manufacturing processes, or precision machining is a plus.*
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.*
• Comfortable working in and around a manufacturing/shop floor environment.*
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; exposure to CAD or manufacturing software is beneficial but not required.
