Junior Marketing Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Representative to join our team in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. In this role, you will be the pulse of our marketing department—maintaining the daily rhythm of our digital presence and ensuring our communications to a growing client base are timely, consistent and on-brand.

You will serve as the essential bridge between our team's campaigns and clients across a diversity of product lines. Your mission is to take existing content and assets and successfully optimize and launch them across all channels, from WordPress blogs to email newsletters, social media and more. This is an ideal role for an organized, professional "doer" who loves seeing projects through to the finish line in a collaborative office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Distribution: Use existing content to format, optimize, schedule, and post weekly updates to our WordPress blog site.
• Email Execution: Manage the end-to-end flow of newsletters and email blasts, ensuring clean layouts, working links, and timely delivery to our subscribers.
• Social & Video Production: Use existing content to create and edit short-form videos and graphics for social media (using tools like Canva or CapCut) to keep our brand modern and engaging.
• Active Outreach: Assist in prospective client outreach and participate in digital demonstrations to show the value of our services.
• Lead Coordination: Act as the central point for lead management, ensuring new inquiries are captured in our system and organized for sales follow-up.
• Brand Consistency: Act as a final set of eyes on all outgoing work, ensuring our "Business Professional" standards are reflected in every digital touchpoint.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience; internship experience in a corporate or insurance-related environment is a significant plus.
• Technical Savvy: Baseline familiarity with WordPress, email marketing software, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Professional Presence: Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to thrive in a traditional, business-attire office environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong writing and proofreading skills—you should be able to spot a typo from a mile away.
• Reliability: Must be able to commute to our Woodcliff Lake, NJ office daily for a standard 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM schedule.
