Junior Litigation Associate Attorney

A growing, technology-forward litigation firm is seeking a newly licensed or very junior Associate Attorney to join its expanding practice.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent law school graduate awaiting bar results, a newly admitted attorney, or a first-year associate who wants to be trained from the ground up by experienced litigators while working in a 100% remote environment.

The firm’s core practice includes commercial litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage and fraud investigations, while it is also expanding into estate planning, wills and trusts, business litigation, M&A/corporate matters and appellate work.

The successful candidate will work directly with highly experienced attorneys, including the firm’s founder, who has approximately 25–30 years of experience, and another partner with nearly 40 years of practice experience.

Independently manage litigation mattersDraft substantive motions, briefs and pleadingsConduct and defend depositionsPrepare cases for trialWork directly with clientsDevelop case strategyTake increasing ownership of mattersGrow alongside the firm as it expands into additional practice areasPractice Exposure
