What You’ll Bring:

Active membership in the Florida Bar

Minimum 8+ years of real estate law experience

Strong experience handling commercial and residential real estate transactions (required)

Advanced drafting, negotiation, and client management skills

Ability to independently manage complex transactions

Interest in long-term leadership and practice development
