Job Description

Junior Project Manager- Life Science & MEP

Coordinate and manage construction projects in the life sciences and MEP fields. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution. Support the procurement process for materials and services. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

A successful Junior Project Manager- Life Science & MEP should have experience with construction projects, specifically in life sciences or MEP sectors. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

Open to APMS: $75,000 - $105,000 Open to PMS: $100,000 - $155,000 Comprehensive benefits package. Opportunities to work on impactful projects within the life sciences and MEP sectors.
