Paul Davis of the Treasure Coast is seeking a motivated and driven Junior Project Manager (male or female) to join our growing team in Port St. Lucie. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a management career with strong growth potential.
About the Role:
- 60% field work / 40% office work
- Conduct job-site visits and understand project conditions
- Update project software and communicate with Project Managers and office staff
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with Symbility, Xactimate, and RMS
- Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- High personal standards and pride in your work
- Strong honesty, communication skills, and work ethic
- Desire to grow into a Project Manager and Senior PM within 2 years
- Bilingual is a plus (English required)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary: $50,000-$58,000 (based on experience and fit)
- Incentives available
- Health benefits after 90-day probation period
- Car allowance after 30 days plus mileage/gas reimbursement
