Job Description:
The Arizona Department of Revenue is looking for an IT Analyst to help support and improve its online taxpayer services. The role involves analyzing business processes, testing applications, working with SQL databases and XML files, troubleshooting system issues, and helping users resolve technical problems. The analyst will also document findings, create reports, and recommend process improvements. Experience with QA testing, SQL, XML, and business analysis
