Build Your Career in Quality Junior QA Inspector NeededJob Title: Junior QA InspectorLocation: Hastings, NEPay: $19.75/hour (includes shift differential)Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday Thursday, 3: 15 PM 1: 45 AMOvertime: Fridays as neededJob Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewWe re seeking a detail-oriented Junior QA Inspector to support quality processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you ll inspect and test products throughout production to ensure they meet quality and reliability standards. No prior QA experience required training is provided.What You ll Do
- Inspect and test products at various stages of production
- Select samples for testing to verify quality compliance
- Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Identify and document defective or non-conforming parts
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
- Learn to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Operate CMM equipment and interpret data (training provided)
- Collaborate with production teams to improve quality processes
- Assist with audits and support quality system requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn inspection tools, blueprints and quality systems
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
