Glenn-Aire Company, established in 1975 and based in Granbury, specializes in the design, installation, service, and maintenance of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. Over the years, we have earned numerous national awards and built a strong reputation for exceptional service and lasting customer relationships.
We are currently looking for a motivated Junior Residential HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is great for a technician who has completed technical training or gained basic field experience and is looking to further develop their skills with a company that prioritizes training and long-term career growth.

Job Summary: Junior Service Technician assists with the service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential and light commercial HVAC systems while continuing to develop technical skills under the guidance of experienced technicians. This role is perfect for someone who has basic HVAC knowledge and hands-on experience and wants to continue building their career in the industry.
Work Schedule: 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as needed
Pay Range: $25 - $29 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Minimum one year of HVAC service/maintenance experience
- HVAC technical school certificate of completion is preferred
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- Texas Technician license
- NATE Certified preferred
