Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Junior Roofing Sales
Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is
interested in developing a career in roofing sales and enjoys working with customers.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, willing to learn, and comfortable building
relationships. Roofing or sales experience is a plus but not required. Training and support
will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
Learn to identify customer roofing needs and provide professional
recommendations.
Use company-provided technology to prepare preliminary roofing estimates and
quotes.
Schedule and conduct roofing appointments with homeowners.
Learn about and confidently present roofing systems, materials, warranties, and
available options.
Prepare and present professional proposals to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers in a timely and professional
manner.
Maintain and manage an individual sales pipeline with guidance from the senior
sales team.
Develop qualified sales opportunities and work toward converting them into signed
roofing contracts.
Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, estimates, proposals, and
customer interactions.
Communicate with customers and internal teams to help ensure a smooth
experience from the initial appointment through the sales process.
Participate in ongoing training to develop roofing knowledge, sales skills, and
product expertise.

What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Organized and able to manage multiple leads and appointments.
Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and company-provided technology.
Ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
Previous sales, customer service, construction, or roofing experience is helpful but
not required.
Clean driving record
Must be comfortable with heights
