The Opportunity
This is not a sit-back-and-wait sales role—this is a high-activity, prospecting-heavy position where your effort directly drives your success. If you thrive on making calls, building relationships, and chasing new business, this is the role for you.
You’ll be on the front lines generating opportunities, opening doors, and helping grow our presence in the Baton Rouge market.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect daily through cold calls, emails, and in-person outreach
- Generate and qualify new leads within the Baton Rouge business community
- Schedule appointments and build a strong sales pipeline
- Develop relationships with decision-makers and business owners
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to close deals
- Track all activity in CRM and stay organized with follow-ups
- Consistently hit and exceed activity and sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
- Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient mindset
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone and in person
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and prospecting
- Goal-oriented with a desire to grow into a top sales performer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 + commission
