• Balance personal sales quotas with team-wide production goals.
• Implement local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Lead weekly training sessions on closing and product knowledge.
• Assist in the recruiting and onboarding of new team members.
• Analyze performance reports to identify team growth opportunities.
