College degree or equivalent

Efficient in creating wireframes, interaction flows and clickable prototypes for web and mobile experiences; Axure experienced highly desirable

Demonstrated excellence in presentation skills, both spoken and written. Utilizes graphic design tools and Power point to develop presentations and templates that tell a story about UX research and work

Experience with user task analysis and personas

Familiar with information architecture techniques used to structure digital information

Experience planning, coordinating and conducting usability tests to ensure product's ease of use (preferred, but not required)Demonstrated experience in working as a member of a geographically dispersed team

ResponsibilitiesAssists in development of UX enhancements to existing website and for future projects (web, mobile)Understands business and software requirements and projects and identifies user tasks

Assists in designing and running usability tests using User Testing platform

Creates wireframes, interaction models, clickable prototypes

Creates Power point presentations about UX activities and deliverables
