We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Ed Tech III to work alongside Special Education Teachers, clinicians, and BCBAs in providing essential support to help students learn. Our classrooms offer a small, private learning opportunity for students Kindergarten-4th Grade in our Special Purpose Private School. What You'll Do:
As an SPPS BHP Ed Tech III, you’ll:
- Support children in achieving behavioral and educational goals.
- Create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
- Teach communication, social, and safety skills.
- Follow each child’s individualized treatment and education plans.
- Maintain clear, accurate daily documentation.
- Collaborate with a skilled and supportive team.
Requirements:
- 90 college credit hours minimum/Ed Tech III.
- Must obtain CPR/First Aid/BBP certifications within 60 days of hire (provided).
- Must obtain Safety Care certification within 30 days of hire (provided).
- Must obtain BHP certification within 12 months of hire (provided).
- Valid State of Maine driver license, reliable transportation with proof of registration and insurance, and willingness to use own transportation for work.
