Join the Team at Stateline Animal Clinic!
Are you passionate about animals and interested in building a career in veterinary medicine? Stateline Animal Clinic is looking for a motivated, dependable, and compassionate Kennel Assistant to join our growing team!
This is more than a traditional kennel position—it's an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a veterinary hospital while learning directly from experienced technicians and doctors. If you're eager to grow your skills and become more involved in patient care, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule
Full-time position with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts. Applicants must be available for:
- Saturday mornings (7:00 AM–12:00 PM) 2–3 times per month
- Saturday and Sunday kennel shifts 2–3 weekends per month
- 3–4 weekday shifts
Full-time benefits and compensation:
- Compensation: $11-14 per hour, for each hour worked*

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set:
- 1+ years of kennel or animal handling experience
- Interest in veterinary medicine and ongoing learning
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Janitorial and housekeeping duties
- Feline boarding care, medications, and cage maintenance
- Canine boarding care, medications, walking, and kennel maintenance
- Patient restraint and light technician assisting
- Cleaning, stocking, and maintaining hospital areas
