Job Description

Your opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team and support the development of one of our leading lifestyle brand.

In this role, you will contribute to the execution of trade marketing strategies across international markets and channels, ensuring brand visibility and consistency at every customer touchpoint. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and local Market teams, you will help deliver impactful trade marketing initiatives, monitor their performance, and support the successful rollout of cross-functional projects.

How you will contribute

  • Support the definition and execution of Trade Marketing strategies and activation plans across markets and distribution channels, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with Brand Guidelines.
  • Monitor Trade Marketing investments and support budget planning and tracking across markets and channels.
  • Support the collection of Trade Marketing material orders from markets and monitor inventory levels and consumption in collaboration with the Logistics team to ensure an efficient stock management.
  • Identify, share, and promote best practices to drive continuous improvement and enable scalability across different markets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and execution of Trade Marketing initiatives.
  • Support the planning and implementation of retail and shopper marketing projects, including innovative in-store and digital retail initiatives.
  • Foster a customer-centric mindset by understanding market needs and contributing to solutions that enhance the consumer experience.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • + 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or a related field within an international environment; experience in consumer goods, sports and lifestyle, or luxury is considered a plus.
  • Good project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multi-regional, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
