A Day in the Life:

In the position of Key Account Manager, you will drive growth across strategic customer partnerships by developing and executing business plans that deliver sales objectives and strengthen Monster Energy's presence in the market. You will lead key account relationships, identify opportunities to grow distribution and volume, and work closely with customers to achieve shared business goals. This role focuses on managing national and regional accounts, ensuring strong execution across channels while maximizing sales performance and market impact.

The Impact You'll Make:

Responsible for the operational management of key national accounts, establishing long-term strategic partnerships.
Formulate annual, quarterly business plans for clients based on the company's business strategy and product policies.
Analyze client needs, provide customized solutions, explore potential collaboration opportunities, and drive the implementation of new products and projects.
Coordinate with internal and external partners (regional sales teams, marketing, business planning, finance, supply chain, external suppliers, etc.), follow up and drive project progress to ensure efficient execution.
Monitor and analyze client sales data, inventory turnover, etc., and adjust strategies in a timely manner to improve performance. Regularly prepare client business reports and provide feedback to management on market trends and competitive information.
Development of incentive campaigns with customers and partners.
Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

Prefer a Master's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, or related field of study.
Additional Experience Desired: Above 5 years of experience in Key account management in fast-moving consumer goods industry (FMCG) industry (preference of food/beverages/alcoholic drinks or daily chemicals).
Additional Experience Desired: Above 5 years of experience in sales in retail, wholesaler, and distributor environment.
Computer Skills Desired: Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Basic English (listening, speaking, reading and writing skills) preferred. Familiar with the operational model of key account channels (focus of convenience stores or supermarket

channel).
