Job Description

As a family owned and operated business, 12 Oaks Parking has been proudly providing valet and parking services for more than 15 years. We are a fun and flexible company to work with and look forward to potentially having you on the team!

We are seeking a customer service focused key clerk at our valet property in Cherokee, NC. We provide first-class parking services and seek friendly, outgoing individuals with a desire to create a guest experience that exceeds all expectations.

Must be available to work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday, including 7:00 AM-3:00 PM and 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

What your work will consist of:

Interacting with guests and providing the hospitality and service required by the hotel.
Multi-task and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment
Maintain proper records of valet transactions.
Accurately take payment for any services.
Work collaboratively with the valet team and supervisors to ensure prompt service for the guests.
Maintaining an immaculately clean valet room for appearance and safety.
Ensure that appropriate service recovery measures are followed to ensure guest satisfaction with our services and employees.
Perform ancillary duties as directed.
Maintain professional appearance of yourself, your uniform and work area while on duty

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
Six months money handling and electronic cash register experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be organized and able to handle multiple priorities at once
