Winters Hardware Hiring: Immediate Opening for a Highly Skilled Key Holder

Key Responsibilities

Delegate, train, and monitor associates to ensure smooth store operations
Open and close the store and complete the daily cash up and the end of day deposits
Manage sales and returns on a daily basis
Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered
Support team members' personal and professional development

Qualifications

At least 2 years of retail management experience preferred
Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong leadership, communication, math and organizational skills
