Training, Growth & Opportunity

Upon completion of training, you will:
- Confidently process incoming portable gas detection equipment in alignment with Apollo Safety procedures
- Develop a solid understanding of basic electronics and gas detection
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in calibration procedures across multiple manufacturer instruments
- Perform both Basic Calibration and Premium/Technical Calibration Procedures with precision
- Consistently follow and uphold Apollo’s internal standards and best practices
- Collaborate and communicate with manufacturer technical support teams when needed
How You’ll Grow With Us
- Work primarily in a supportive in-house environment, designed for learning, development, and teamwork
- Gain hands-on experience by assisting senior technicians on-site at customer facilities
- Continue building your expertise through ongoing learning opportunities, including at-home study
What You Bring to the Team
- Ability to repair and test precision mechanical instruments, including small-scale components
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit, team-first culture
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to engage in customer interaction when needed
