This role involves recruiting and leading a team of passionate volunteers, partnering with parents, and executing excellent, creative weekend experiences that reflect the heart of Kids Unlimited.Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Kids Unlimited team and volunteer leaders across all age groups (nursery–5th grade).Create an engaging, high-energy experience that reflects the excellence and fun of Kids Unlimited. Oversee the implementation of curriculum, supplies, safety protocols, and child check-in systems.Champion a culture of safety, excitement, and spiritual formation. Partner with parents to encourage family discipleship at home.Collaborate with Kids Ministry Support for training, resources, and alignment. Support kids-related events, outreach efforts, and baptism celebrationsQualifications & SkillsA growing, personal relationship with Jesus and a passion for reaching the next generation. Strong leadership and communication skills.Proven experience working with children’s ministry or in a similar education/leadership role. Ability to lead, train, and inspire volunteers.Excellent organizational and relational abilities.
