WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
- Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged 1 - 11 years old. If you’ve coached a herd of cats, you’re overqualified and also why did you do that?
- Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah.
- Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
- Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
