Whether it’s scooping our “Original Recipe” super premium ice cream or helping a guest find the perfect chocolate gift, you’ll play a key role in making every visit special. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that’s perfect for someone who loves working with people and has a passion for quality.What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a warm smile and friendly atmosphere, creating a positive and inviting environment.
- Assist guests in selecting from our wide array of handcrafted sweets, chocolates, and ice cream flavors.
- Prepare and serve products like freshly made waffle cones, caramel apples, and hand crafted chocolate treats.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the store always looks its best.
- Uphold Kilwins’ commitment to quality and tradition by learning and performing classic confectionery techniques.
